Pre Sale Questions

We offer various payment methods. If you are from the EU, then iDEAL, Bancontact and SofortUberweisung is the easiest and fastest way for you. Other payment method is our Credit/Debit Card method
iDEAL is the most used payment method in The Netherlands. Payment via iDEAL is done in the same way as internet banking. You need your bank card and identification method. iDEAL is only for people with a Dutch bank account
Bancontact is the most used payment method in Belgium. You can then pay as with internet banking. Bancontact is only for people with a Belgian bank account
SOFORT Banking is used for customers from Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, France and Poland
You can pay with a MasterCard, American Express and Visa. You can enter your credit card details through a secure SSL server. You can recognize this by the closed key at the top of your screen. If the credit card company has approved the payment, we will ship your order

Technical Questions

Ordering is quick and simple. It consists of four clear steps:

With the button ‘ADD TO CART’ you add a product. Would you like to order multiple copies? Then adjust the quantity in the shopping cart and click on ‘update shopping cart’. The ‘continue shopping’ button will take you back to the store. Have you changed your mind? Click on ‘delete’ to remove a product. Ready to shop? Click on ‘checkout’

CONFIRM
You will receive an overview of your order data. Don’t forget to check your order? Is everything right? You can complete the order with the button ‘Place your order’. By clicking on ‘complete order’, you agree to our terms and conditions. Don’t forget to add notes about the order before checking out if you need to

We ship daily on working days from Mon – Fri
We send almost everything by parcel post from PostNL. As soon as your order has been processed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace information so that you can follow the package. If you have not received the package within a few days, please contact us and we can see if we can find out what the cause is
The shipping costs are determined by the country. The exact shipping costs are indicated on the checkout page
All watches come with a 2 year warranty. The following are not covered by the warranty: The glass, the strap, the crown and any battery. If your watch is defective within the warranty period. Please only send the watch us

Usually a repair takes between 2 – 6 weeks. Depending on how busy the service center is and the defect
You can return the items within 30 days. The costs for the return are for your own account

PREREQUISITE:
– Item must be undamaged – Item must be unused – In original packaging – Completely complete
It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you experienced it. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint to the customer contact department by e-mail. Watch Information

Important for a long life of the watch is a good and dust-free storage place for the watch. For example, a watch box with a closed lid is perfectly suitable for this. Avoid direct sunlight as this will shorten the life of the dial and hands
Mechanical watches require maintenance for the longest possible life, because these watches contain moving parts that wear out if they are not properly maintained. It is advisable to have the watch cleaned and serviced every 2 to 3 years. All dirt is then removed and the oil is replaced if necessary, so that the watch runs smoothly again
There are different types of glass for a watch. you have mineral glass, crystal glass, and sapphire glass. Mineral glass is the weakest followed by crystal glass which is slightly stronger than ordinary window glass. Sapphire glass is the strongest and most durable. In addition, sapphire glass is also the most scratch-resistant
3 ATM waterproof
The watch is splash-proof, but not suitable for keeping under water. Rain shouldn’t be a problem
Quartz watches are powered by a battery. This battery sends electronic impulses through a synthetic crystal and ensures that one movement per second is transmitted to the timepiece. Quartz watches show the time with sublime precision. A battery lasts one to five years, depending on the type of watch. Have the battery of your watch replaced immediately when it is empty. Empty batteries can leak and that is disastrous for the timepiece
